We thought the honey tasted pretty good

For many years we went with store-bought honey.

We thought the honey tasted okay, and price wise it wasn’t that costly.

We were expecting some family members to come over, and so we prepared some honey baked ham using some of the store-obtained honey. The ham was good, and our aunt asked where we obtained our honey. When we told her that the honey was from the local store, she was surprised. Our aunt told us that if we wanted great stuff, we should go to a honey farm. The honey farms gather from their honey hives and then put honey for sale. We didn’t even know of any local honey farms, but it turns out there’s one about 10 miles away. We didn’t know a thing about it but when we were doing errands, we passed right by the farm. We stopped to take a look. We were surprised at how much variety they had. We didn’t know there were so many different varieties of honey. We weren’t sure which to choose, but the beekeeping girl let us try the different flavors. Although the honey was a little bit more costly, we opted to go ahead and take home several varieties. Now we use that honey on almost everything we eat. Honey cereal, honey toast and an improved honey baked ham. It is incredible. Our aunt was right, the store obtained stuff is nowhere near as great as the honey from honey farms. This stuff is the real deal.
