We didn’t have an appointment but a HVAC specialist was sent out anyways

I had been worried about going back to work and leaving our little girl for the first time, but Tracy had given me the confidence to do so without worrying too much! She was a qualified professional who had excellent reviews, and our baby loved her.

Tracy always called me with updates and knew how to work the items in the house. One morning, she called me at work to tell me something. She had been walking past the indoor air handler and noticed a big liquid puddle on the floor. She was not sure what the liquid was and decided to call me instead. I took it upon myself to contact an A/C mechanic to go to the house as well as look. We didn’t have an appointment, but luckily, an A/C expert was available to take the job. I gave them the directions and waited to hear back from Tracy. It was summer, and I knew they both needed a wonderful A/C method to keep the beach house cool as well as less humid. The HVAC expert got to the house as well as switched off the cooling system. Next, he opened up the indoor air handler to check the cause of the fluid leak. The expert had noticed it was refrigerant which meant there was a broken pipe. One pipe had a small crack that was letting out the refrigerant. If Tracy had not seen this when she did, the HVAC method would have stopped working. The A/C expert fixed the crack and topped up the HVAC method with the right refrigerant, then after that, he put back the indoor air handler and switched on the cooling system. It was really working okay when Tracy called me with an update on the HVAC repair.
