There was a broken pipe in the HVAC device

I had been worried about going back to work and leaving our little girl for the first time, but Tracy had given me the confidence to do so without worrying too much.
She was a qualified professional who had excellent reviews, and our baby loved her. Tracy consistently called me with updates and knew how to work the items in the house. One day, she called me up at work to tell me something. She had been walking past the indoor air handler as well as noticed a big liquid puddle on the floor. She was not sure what the liquid was and decided to call me instead. I took it upon myself to contact an AC mechanic to go to the lake house and look. We didn’t have an appointment, but luckily, an AC expert was available to take the task. I provided them with the instruction and waited to hear back from Tracy. The HVAC expert got to the house and switched off the cooling system, and next, he opened up the indoor air handler to check the cause of the fluid leak. The expert had noticed it was refrigerant which meant there was a broken pipe. One pipe had a small crack that was letting out the refrigerant. If Tracy had not seen this when she did, the HVAC method would have stopped actually working. The AC expert fixed the crack and topped up the heating and A/C method with the right refrigerant, after that, he put back the indoor air handler as well as switched on the A/C. It was working okay when Tracy called me with an update on the heating and A/C repair.
