The neighborhood advocated doing the task for 20% less
I have my own small business & I have been serving the community for the past 25 years.
I like laboring as a heating & A/C service & installation worker.
I adore the task & I adore being able to help people when they are having a bad afternoon. My sister told me about a task that was going to happen at the school. The neighborhood was accepting bids to completely redo the heating & A/C components & all five of the elementary schools. My sister said that task sounded perfect for me & I agree. My sister gave me the information so I could put my bid in at the school board, however about 3 weeks after I submitted my estimate, my sister gave me a call, then she wanted to know if I could lower my bid. My sister told me that the neighborhood was going to use me as the business if I could lower the price by 20%. I particularly did my best to bid the task as close to the vest as possible. I knew there was really no way that I could budge on the price or I wasn’t going to make any money. I told my sister that it was impossible for me to lower the price by 20%. I could come down by 5%, but that was particularly the best offer that I could give. I assumed that someone else would get their task since I didn’t lower my bid, but a week later I got a iphone call & all of the information, however when school ends at the end of the year, my crew & I will have an entire month to complete all of the work.
