I guess there are people out there who have a roommate because they like it, but I only have one because I can’t afford to live on my own. Who could afford to pay rent on their own anymore? If I had the money I would move into a place of my own – any place would do. That won’t happen for a while, so I am doing my best to keep the house peaceable and coexist with Vincent for the sake of domestic tranquility. He is really quite good about keeping the common areas clean, which is a plus, but he runs the air conditioner almost 24/7, and that gets a little old for me. It isn’t just that he runs the AC a lot, it’s that he runs it all the time to an excessive degree. Picture the scene – I come out of my room to check the thermostat because it feels too cold to me, and I find Vincent sitting on the couch wrapped in a blanket. I turn down the thermostat, and he asks me why I did that. I say because I was too cold, and based on him being wrapped in a blanket he is cold, too. He explains that he likes it that cold, and he turned down the thermostat a little extra just so it would be cold enough for a blanket. That is when I lost my marbles and yelled at Vincent, about how he was an idiot that didn’t know how air conditioning and energy costs worked, and I that I wanted him to move out.

The 2020 pandemic had Evans thinking about numerous things in his life.

He lost his task before the Summer of that year, and this was a blessing in a way.

Before that time, Evans hardly had any time to himself and was feeling completely worn out. He longed for a opportunity to slow down but was regularly distraught about resigning. It turns out the universe was working for him, and he finally had the split he longed for. He had time to carry out a few projects at house as he planned his next step. Evans wanted to get a new air conditioning system plan set up. His AC expert had been advising him to replace the aging heating and cooling equipment for several years. It was too old, and the heating and the cooling equipment would give up at some point. Evans understood this but never had ample time to allow the AC expert to come to install a new unit. In fact, he had already purchased the new equipment from an HVAC corporation in the neighborhood and paid for the cost of replacement. But, time was never on his side until the time he lost his task. He contacted the HVAC corporation to ship the new air conditioning system equipment and then planned the best afternoon for replacement with the AC expert. The task included getting rid of the aged air conditioner and doing necessary duct cleaning and sealing. This would take at least 2 afternoons to complete. The AC expert went ahead and removed the aged unit, sealed some leaks in the ductworks, and cleaned them. As he was installing the new unit, he advised Evans about adding UV lights to improve the air quality in his home.

Eunice had found her perfect home.

The search had been long and tedious.

Needless to say, she was almost giving up and heading back to the neighborhood when she got the great news. Her uncle, also her realtor, had come across the perfect setup. It had been an aged farm divided into 4-acre portions. The house on it was new, which is what Eunice wanted. Though she wanted to live in the country, she had no plans to renovate an aged property. The HVAC workers had to dig trenches in her backyard to set up the plan effectively. This was going to be a ground-source heat pump, and the process of setting it up was a bit longer. Eunice understood and went ahead to pay the cost of having a heat pump installed in her new home.

It was almost time to brave another long winter.

Thankfully, all of us now had a new normal and could transfer around after the end of the lockdowns.

My partner and I wanted to make this holiday season more memorable for the youngsters. In 2020, all of us had all been too scared to celebrate, but now there was hope all around us, our company was getting back on its feet, and all of us had a little more spare change to make it a memorable time. That was excellent news since this also included the price of any worn-out parts, including replacing the aged filter. I couldn’t wait for the HVAC worker to come by and repair the unit. Last summer, my sibling and I canceled our Summer plans and went home; We felt the urge to be near our parents after such a long separation in 2020. It had been strenuous for us since we lived alone in weird cities, however even though we spoke all the time, we couldn’t wait to go house and be with them. I knew it was worth the risk, however I’m still cheerful I did not lose my task when the boss found out. I recognize the people I was with and I might have a future together if things continue to go well.

There is an Italian pizza locale in town that easily has the best stromboli in town, however they split the pepperoni & salami fresh & they import mozzarella directly from Italy.

The steakhouse makes their own sauce yearly.

There are big chunks of yellow peppers, onions, mushrooms, & cucumberes in the sauce; It’s quite a drive from my apartment, so I only get pizza from the locale when I am close to the establishment, then one of my co-workers must have been downtown Last year, because there was an entire pizza in the fridge at work this morning. The pizza was only missing a single slice. It had pepperoni, chunks of cucumber, & pieces of ham. I did not leave the workshop until 10 a.m. & most people else left around 9. I was waiting for a residential purchaser to get beach house from work so I could maintenance the a/c. The lady worked evenings, so I hung out at the Heating, Ventilation & A/C maintenance shop until it was time to maintenance the a/c. The pizza in the fridge was too tempting. I must have opened the door 7 or 8 odd times. I finally grabbed a piece of pizza from the box. I did not even microwave it or put it in the oven. I ate the pizza cold. It was easily delicious, so I helped myself to a hour slice… When I returned back to the Heating, Ventilation & A/C maintenance shop later that morning, all of my co-workers were having a discussion about the pizza. I could have walked out of the shop separate from saying a word, even though I owned up to the multiple missing slices of pie.

I never wanted to spend my entire life working for someone else.

I went to a technical school to learn Heating and Air Conditioning replacement and repairs. I worked for a Nationwide commercial supplier for 5 years and then both of us decided to branch out on my own. In the start, it was genuinely difficult to advertise the Heating and Air Conditioning business. I spent two years working on the weekends, while I still continue to work for the other Heating and Air Conditioning supplier Monday through Monday, then not that many of years ago, I had to call the pest control supplier and my condo needed to be fumigated. I decided to stay at a local campground for the 3 afternoons that I needed to be away from the house. I had my Heating and Air Conditioning service truck parked outside of the camper all afternoon and all evening. I gained 10 or 15 calls from campers while in the 3 afternoons that I was staying there. Staying at a campground generated mad sales for my supplier. I had appointments for weeks after I left the arena. Before I went back to my house, I left many business cards all over the campground. I put a couple in the bathroom and a few in the recreation room. I also left one of my business cards in the laundry room. I’m glad to help clients with Heating and Air Conditioning troubles in their RV or campers. They are relatively the same as condo systems with only a few minor changes. It’s a great way to earn money and a service that others do not offer.
