I own a small little bakery on a major street in the city.
- I get a lot of foot traffic because of our location & our wide assortment of breads, cakes, muffins & pies.
I also spent quite a bit of time, effort & cash on the look of our venue. I have cute, striped awnings. I have an old, antique wooden door. The outside of our venue has tons of potted plants & hanging baskets. Inside the bakery are sizable wooden tables, funky stools & a long bar-like set up where people can sip their coffee. A sizable part of our decor is the windows of our business. I have one main window where the people walking by can see all our freshly baked breads & pastries. The other windows I spent cash on to get tinted… Commercial window tinting wasn’t too much cash & was totally worth it. I got a faint grey tint to our windows that frame our one clear window. The grey also matches the awning, paint & looks good with all our flowers. The window tint additionally gives a loose method of privacy. I was able to put more tables in our bakery right by the windows. Most people don’t want to stand that close to a street where people can watch them eat. With the window tint upgrade, people can barely see in, however our customers can see out. You get the best of both worlds. Another perk of adding a window motion picture is protection against the sun. Those tables by the windows are not hot seats in the house.
