Adding a heating system to my dining room remodel

I saved up over 20,000 to redo my small dining room.

I wanted the space to be totally perfect plus have plenty of cash.

I have spared no expense for my dream dining room. I have brand modern stainless steel appliances. I expanded my dining room window to let in more light plus added recessed lighting to the ceiling. I have hardwood cupboards plus quartz countertops. I debated heavily on what to do for the flooring. I decided that I wanted stone to match the rest of the house. However, the dining room due to the windows is quite cold. I also know that the dining room tends to feel a little colder in the Winter time due to where the sun rises plus sets. So I decided that it would be smart to add heated flooring during the process. Rather than use a ventless heating system like before, the gas furnace is hidden below my floorboards. I was able to free up lower chaletet space. It also looks much better with the heating system hidden. I wasn’t sure how much I was going to like heated flooring until I got it in my home. I prefer feeling the gentle heat under my feet. It doesn’t make any noise, no heat rises to the ceiling plus it doesn’t cost much energy bill wise. It was a nice little dent in my dining room budget but I am so cheerful that I splurged for it. My dining room is a masterpiece. It has perfect heating, counterspace, appliances plus is modern. It is now the statement piece of my home.
