Working from home accommodates working out

When I landed a job that is all online based, I didn’t realize what a beneficial asset it was going to be.

I assumed that setting my own hours and being able to travel and still work would be the only perks.

There are so many more advantages. My favorite thing is getting the opportunity to workout. Before, I used to schedule my workout during my lunch break. While I was in school, I would run laps at the track between classes and then hurry to shower. My former job forced me to either get up especially early in the morning or workout in the evenings. With working from home, I find time to slip in a workout anytime during the day. I usually get up at 8 AM to start work early in the morning. I am productive for a few hours, have a light breakfast and then I take time for my workout. After about twenty minutes of cardio, I add in some weight training and stretching. I do my cool down, shower and the work for a couple more hours in. My hair has time to dry, and I have tons of energy to get my jobs done. I have the rest of the evening for myself. It is so much easier staying fit when I am at home. I used to invest in a gym membership because it was easier for working out. Now I have purchased fitness gear for my home gym. Keep adding to my collection of equipment. I miss participating in group fitness classes at the core progression fitness center. I enjoyed a little change to the normal routine. I might sign up for weekends so that I can get the social aspect of a group workout.
