Whole house air purifier is a blessing
I have what you might call a super sensitive nose and it can be a bit much to deal with.
My old man was just like me in that regard.
He could smell a cigarette a mile away. My mom was always getting busted when she tried to sneak a smoke. I inherited this weird olfactory deal and I wish it had gone to one of my sisters. That’s because it’s more of a problem than it is a blessing. There are a whole lot of evil smelling things out there in this world. And having a super sensitive nose makes it worse. But when I come home to my HVAC controlled home and it smells horrid, that’s where I draw the line. There is nothing worse than coming home from a hard day and being hit in the face with days old cooking odors mixed with pet odors. It’s the worst. My wife even thinks it’s pretty bad so, it’s not just me. Both of us have tried all the conventional solutions for ugly air. The sprays last a total of 5 minutes. The plug ins are pretty useless in any space but a tight one. We have burned incense, you name it, we’ve tried it. So, we decided to put our money where our mouth was and make a full commitment. We just had a whole house air purifier installed. Calling the HVAC guys was a stroke of genius on my wife’s part because they fixed the smelly indoor air.
