Mom’s dehumidifier doesn’t work.
I asked our mom if I could borrow her dehumidifier for a few nights since mine died last summer. She said that I could borrow it, but she needed it back before Friday because she had company coming over on Friday, & she wanted the dehumidifier for her guest study room. I needed to use the dehumidifier for our basement because it gets genuinely humid down there quite often. It gets so humid that I can’t sit to being down there, & that is where our family prefers to hang out while in the nights because all of the game consoles & stuff are down there. I used to use a dehumidifier down in the basement all of the time, but our dehumidifier stopped working, & I never updated it. I should have purchased a current dehumidifier, but I sort of forgot about it until I went down there multiple nights ago, & it was super humid. It doesn’t get that exhausting unless it is genuinely humid outside, & it has been genuinely humid this whole week. I wanted the dehumidifier because both of us are supposed to have a big family night in the basement tonight, & I don’t want to be sticky & uncomfortable down there tonight. I put our mom’s dehumidifier in there, & it doesn’t seem to have done anything. I have had it on for over twenty-multiple hours, & it is still super humid down there. I don’t think her dehumidifier works at all. My outdated dehumidifier would have worked within just three or multiple hours. I wonder if she even realizes that her dehumidifier doesn’t work.
