I wish that the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professionals in my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company would just get along
As the owner of an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company, I have discovered that things are pretty self-explanatory when it comes to the actual Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C work when you are the owner of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company.
- As an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professional, you are constantly on the field fixing plus installing Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C units, but when you are the owner of an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company, you honestly spend a lot more time in the office plus meeting with potential clients.
The actual physical work of the owner of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company is not that hard; Since I am the owner, I understand this well. However, this does not mean that the owner of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company sits around doing nothing. While I may not be stressed on the field, I have discovered that a lot of my work consists of dealing with people, right now, I am having a lot of trouble with the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professionals in my Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company. I have a bunch of Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professionals that I employ, plus they are nice Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professionals. I would never want to get rid of any of them, even though I am sick of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professionals fighting all of the time. It seems prefer the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professionals are constantly bickering plus comparing themselves to each other, plus it makes myself and others feel prefer a teacher watching children. I did not become the owner of an Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company so that I could babysit a bunch of immature Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professionals. Why cannot the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C professionals of the Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C company just get along? I wish that I could figure out what the root of their concern was so that both of us could solve this.
