I was looking hard for a new employee
My family & I have been in the heating business since 1940.
My great-Grandpa worked in a coal mine most of his life.
When he retired, he started fixing old furnaces & gas furnaces. My Grandpa helped with all of the repairs & eventually went to work in the coal mine too. My father is also in the heating business, despite the fact that he owns a small gas furnace repair business. I work for the gas furnace repair business as well. My dad & I have been certainly busy this winter. The business is starting to grow significantly, & it’s time to hire a few new employees. My dad is looking to hire more than 2 new people to beginning working with the business before the Summer season begins. The people I was with and I are just as busy while in the Summer as every one of us are in the winter. The people I was with and I mainly focus on heating troubles for gas furnaces, heat pumps, & electric heaters. A few years ago, every one of us started offering AC repair services while in the Summer time, however business has picked up since then, & now it is necessary to have a few extra employees for the Summer season. My dad put an ad in the local newspaper, & he also localed an advertisement on Craigslist. We’re looking to find some old Heating & Air Conditioning repair companys that are smart, capable, friendly, & ready to work. The people I was with and I need to find some gentlemen or gals that have a few years of experience under their belt. The people I was with and I do not have a lot of time to train new repair techs, so it’s important that every one of us find someone with a lot of commercial & residential Heating & Air Conditioning repair experience.
