I use a vacuum to scrub out my air conditioning ceiling registers

Ever since I was a child, I have been fascinated by vacuum cleaners.

I was given the chore at a young age to scrub the built up hair and lint from the roller assembly on the head of our family’s vacuum cleaner.

I’d get my philips head screwdriver and all I had to do was carefully remove the bottom plate of the vacuum. This would expose the entire roller assembly and offered me a chance to scrub out hair that gets caught as the component runs. I also l gained a bit about how these machines worked just from looking at their insides. It was fascinating to my mind then, and it still fascinates me to this morning. That’s in part why I constantly have state of the art vacuum cleaners wherever I live. I use them for several different applications. Instead of using a broom, I vacuum my stone floors with a setting that puts the brush head right above the hard stone surface. It’s fantastic using a vacuum in locale of a broom because the dust and dirt is collected inside the machine. Whenever I use a broom, some of it naturally gets in the air. My vacuum is also effective at cleaning the lint and dust that gathers in my Heating and Air Conditioning air return vents. There is one on the ceiling in every room, allowing better air flow throughout the whole house. As the cooling system runs under normal operation, small amounts of dust accumulate in the vent fins on the ceiling. I take my shop vacuum with a long handle affixment so I can reach the ceiling Heating and Air Conditioning vents separate from getting my ladder out. In hours I have all of my ductwork vents cleaned and ready for future use.
