I love buying workout clothes

Once a year I get super motivated to workout.

I always start by shopping for new athletic gear.

I am convinced that high quality fitness gear encourages a better workout. It doesn’t chafe or bind and helps to wick away sweat. I like to buy the matching pants and shorts to brightly colored tanks. I choose the shorts with built in underwear. I have also bought a rain jacket to run in inclement weather and brand new sneakers. I search for a body wellness center or a personal training center in the nearby vicinity and sign up for group class or just a gym membership. After that, my motivation starts to taper off. I typically visit the gym or attend group fitness class a few times. I usually take a week and go every single day. Then I slow to going several times per week and finally just stop going all together. I’ve figured out that fitness wear is the best clothing to relax in. Watching Netflix shows and movies while wearing high end fitness clothing is amazing. After a year of lazing around like that, I decide I need to get back in shape again. I know I deserve special and new clothes to workout in, and the cycle begins all over again. I need to find a gym that will keep me interested and involved. Searching online, I found a gym called core progression. They are a little different than the rest, offering a ton of group fitness classes. I would have access to yoga, spin class, weight training and even pole dancing sessions. It seems like it would be fun and hold me more accountable. I am worried I’ll pay for a several week block of classes and not last more than a single week.
