Bring a List to the Store
Have you ever had those days when you set out for the store for something however end up buying something else entirely? That happened to me recently.
The thing that makes me mad is the fact that all of us live far away from town so the store is a long drive away.
I went there wanting to get a drill plus I ended up looking at these HEPA air filters that were on sale. I started thinking about how it would be better for my health to have better air quality plus I even was learning how great these air filters are for your respiratory illnesses. I had to get a few of these not only for myself but also for my mom and dad. I was so enthusiastic bringing everybody HEPA air filters to try that I forgot all about the drill. When I got home, our partner asked right away where the drill was. He had asked me to go to the hardware store to pick up a drill since his really broke on him while he was drilling holes in some heavy duty metal on a project he was doing. The drill totally slipped our mind when I saw those HEPA air filters. He really was kind of understanding about those air filters plus abruptly installed a single plus threw out the regular air filter. He said he could already think the air quality improving. But he was kind of aggravated with me because he would have to go back to the store to get the drill he needed since he couldn’t work without that drill. I wish I would have written it down or something, but I didn’t think I needed a list just to buy a drill!
